Client Portal Help

I wanted to reach out with some more information about our client portal in case it helps.
Since the trademark process will take six months at least, we want to make this journey as easy for you as possible. We know it can be frustrating to dig through months of email threads to remember something.
That being said, there’s one thing about the portal we wanted to clear up.
If you look inside your portal now, it may look like the image below.
At first glance, you might think you just have one message because you’re only seeing this one row of “messages” under the SECURE MESSAGES tab.
BUT … see where it says 2 Message(s) in bold?
What this means is that, if you click on “Here’s a message,” you’ll see there’s actually a thread of messages inside there.
Once you click through, you can see the recent message our team sent, scroll up to see our entire back-and-forth, and reply right within the portal.
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU
Whenever our team sends you a message from within the portal, you will always receive an email from us notifying you that there’s a new message. There’s also a link you can click on that will take you right to your portal.
From there, remember to click through the main message thread so you can see and reply to all of the messages inside there.
Now that you’ve mastered your way around the client portal, we’re all set to communicate easily.
